3. The AI assistant

An AI assistant asks the screening questions and helps write a short summary for our team. It receives only your structured answers, not your name or contact details, and it never receives your documents. A fixed, published scoring guide, not the AI, decides whether you can book an interview at once or a person looks at your answers first. The AI does not approve or decline anyone. A person makes every decision. The AI service we use is operated by Anthropic.

4. Messages

  • We email you about your application, interview and enrollment because you applied or enrolled.
  • Marketing emails and any marketing texts are sent only if you ticked the box, and each has an unsubscribe link or can be stopped by replying STOP.
  • Interview text reminders are sent only if you ticked that box. Replying STOP ends all texts to your number immediately; we record this and will not text you again unless you consent again.

5. Who sees your information

Our recruiting, onboarding, compliance and finance staff, each seeing only what their role needs. Service providers that help us run the process: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email (Brevo), text messages (Twilio), video meetings (Zoom), card payments (Stripe), the AI service (Anthropic), and spam protection on our forms (Google reCAPTCHA). Some of these store or process information outside Canada. We do not sell your information.

6. How we protect it

Access is limited by role and enforced in the database. Identifiers such as your registration number are encrypted. Files are stored privately and opened only through checked links. Staff sign in with a second factor.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires us to keep certain records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by replying to any email from us.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information, withdraw a consent, or ask us to delete what we may delete, by replying to any email from us.
